• Managing existing Accounts: Responsible for the professional service of existing customers including packaging material orders, deliveries, payments, claim handling, innovation proposals and co-ordination of technical support

• Coordinate dispatch of customers marketing material (magazines, mock ups, gift items, etc.)

• Looks for ways to add value beyond the client’s immediate requests.
