Spearheading all aspects of local, regional and international events on behalf of Bayer Middle East (Sub Group Bayer HealthCare / Bayer Material Science / Bayer Crop Science and Corporate Business Services)
Engaged in cost collection & analysis of all events in order to prepare overviews and reports of business and management
Categorizing all expenses and invoices & grouping them into share point folder for the audit purpose
Ensuring compliance policy are followed for Local, Regional & International Travel & Events
Implementing relevant polices and codes by advising on travel classes and expenses to ensure fair and equal treatment of employee and invitee guests
Liaising with F & A and Compliance Department for respective job
Conceptualizing time frame, events themes, programs, staff -activity plans to ensure professional execution of events
Establishing purchase orders in SAP for all bookings and conducting follow-ups on invoices with the suppliers and coordinating with Finance Department through Vendor Invoicing Management
Maintaining proper records for purchase credit card and report on timely basis to F& A via Conur program (Approximately above AED 2 to 03 million annually)
Rendering assistance for FIT Air Travel, Hotel, Car Rental, Train, Insurance & Visa Related issues
Executing closing of events and FIT booking through proper process & maintaining records of necessary documents on Share Folder

1. Organize and negotiates all aspects of Local, Regional and International Events on behalf of Bayer Middle East (Sub Group Bayer HealthCare / Bayer Material Science / Bayer Crop Science and Corporate Business Services).
2. Cost collection and analysis of all events in order to prepare overviews and reports to Business and Management.
3. Ensure all related expenses and invoices are categorized and grouped into share point folder for the audit purpose.
4. Ensure compliance policy are followed for local, regional and international travel & events
5. Follow relevant polices and codes by advising on travel classes and expenses to ensure fair and equal treatment of employee and invitee guests.
6. Work very close with F & A and Compliance department for respective job.
7. Developing and monitoring of time frame, events themes, programs, and staff -activity plans etc. to ensure professional execution of events.
8. Creating purchase orders in SAP for all bookings and follow-up on invoices with the suppliers and coordinate with Finance Department through vendor invoicing management.
9. Maintain proper records for purchase credit card and report on timely basis to F& A via TEX ME program (Approximately above AED 5 million annually)
10. Handling FIT, Events, air travel, hotel, car rental, train, insurance and visa assistance.
11. Closing of events and FIT booking through proper process and keep records of necessary documents on share folder.
