 Providing a useful link between the company and the customers and hence creating a healthy interdependence of the two.
 Bringing to the knowledge of the company all the problems faced by the customers and how best they can be resolved, identifying the needs of the customers and providing quality customer service.
 Working with other internal departments to ensure that customers’ requests are catered for effectively, efficiently and within the right time.
