Job Responsibilities as a Senior Procurement Engineer:
Preparing and Floating RFQ, collecting quotations, technically studying the offer.
MR review, P.O review, QA analyses, review and approval of all procurement material submittals/ QA documents/Material inspection / Vendor/ Sub-contractor coordination.
Negotiate Supplier/ Subcontractor for prices, payment terms, delivery to meet the project budget.
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
Placing Purchase orders on time as per company policy, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.
Negotiate prices and prepare Subcontract Agreement, LOA, LOI as per the project required schedule.

Civil Material such as Reinforced Precast Concrete Materials like Trough, Cover, pits Markers etc..Civil Work Subcontractor for Trench Excavation Cable laying, HDD, Asphalt Reinstatement, Dewatering, Landscaping, Irrigation Subcontractor. Soil Test like Borelog, Thermal Resistivity, Moisture content etc..LHS cable installation, Fire protection work.
