 Providing solution for the ICT and technical site support for configurations of Datacenter EMS, KVM switches, FTTOs, media converters, AP, IP cameras.
 designing and tech support for LoRa WAN, NB IoT (LP WAN) technology and its application.
 Providing complete site support to the System Integrator for the configurations of Network, CCTV, VMS and storage system.
 Providing complete pre and post-sale technical support for network and datacenter products including Security and AV.
 Providing training for the System integrators for the DCIM, FTTO, GSM based routers, CCTV and other industrial switches, IoTs
 Designing and offering the Solution for Datacenter In Band & Out of Band network communication and EMS system
 Complete Internal IT Support.

Administrating the Networks and Installing and Configuring of new HP thin Clint and Desktop Computers.
 Installing and Configuring Network and Network Devices.
 Installing Citrix Clint application and ensure the connectivity.
 Installing new Line Printers in Linux Print Server and Trouble shooting.
 Installation, Configuration and Administration of Antivirus.
 Complete Computer Hardware and Software trouble shooting and Rendering Help Desk Services.

 Administrating the Networks
 Complete Office CCTV system installation and configuration with WAN access
 Desktop Support
 Installing & configuring all network & security devices (firewalls, routers, wireless devices)
 Setting up the Domain Controller Servers & configuring group policies & NTFS permissions
 Hardware/Software Support
 Monitoring backup drives and UPS for disaster recovery
 Anti-Virus Management
