Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for the integrity of financial information and systems for the company, responsible for All financial aspects of the organization covering treasury, accounting taxes, planning, costing, systems and processes and reporting. Also acting a driving member of building the company systems and resources to meet the major expansion and increase in business turnover.
•Act as a member in the Executive Management Committee (EMC) for the ESACO Divisions / Projectsin setting their strategies & objectives, developing ESACO business plans, and evaluating their ESACO business & financial performance.
•Set the overall Accounting / Financial Management practices for All ESACO Divisions / Projectsincluding policies and procedures and Standing Instructions and Guidelines in the form of a MANUAL OF OPERATIONS for the Accounting / Finance function in collaboration with HR/ OD Manager,
•Prepare Consolidated Accounts, Consolidates Financial Performance Reports, and provide Financial Reporting to the Chairman & the General Assembly
•Monitor Esaco’s budget’s gap deviation between actual and forecast
•Set / negotiate the Bank Deals
•Set the tax inspection plans
•Help in resolving any problems or open cases with such authorities to assure proper and similar accounts case handling.
•Monitor / Coordinate the work of the external accounting auditors,
•Develop the reports and reporting mechanism,
•Monitor the performance of the ESACO Divisions / Projectsthrough the reports provided and running Internal Financial Audits planned before hand.
•Provide upgrades/developments to the Financial Management Systems of All ESACO Divisions / Projectsregarding policies and assist with the formulation and deployments of the new systems in collaboration with the IT function and assure integrating and compatibility of any activities taking place in that regards
Analyzing all company’s payments and revenues quarterly to determine the percentage of achieving the goals. Weekly report of sales, purchases, expenses and collections for each line of business submitted to the top management and owners. Controlling all local & external suppliers accounts and reconciliation. Controlling all bank daily transactions and monthly reconciliation. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports that assist in decision-making, plus all administration responsibilities.
Controlling all local and external suppliers’ accounts and reconciliation. Decisions making regarding pricing the products, Following up the claims FM Suppliers. Supervising the staff in preparing the financial statements and balance sheet. Analyzing all company’s expenses and revenues quarterly to determine the percentage of achieving the goals. Opening L/C and D/C for the External suppliers. Preparation of the Cash Flow statement monthly, Supervision of monthly bank reconciliation, Prepare and submit periodic financial reports that assist in decision making to the Board of Directors. Evaluate, improve, and or devise an appropriate cost control system in order to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Develop the financial and accounting policies and procedures to warrant unification of financial performance, presentation of the year-end financial statements, and the reports format. Keep up with the changes in the local market in respect of new accounting and financial principles, standards, and financial legislation that impact the presentation and /or the accounting treatment of particular transactions or business itself. Responsible for bank relations - Time deposits, letters of guarantee, accounts balance and bank statement reconciliation. Generating money by maximizing banking negotiation. Also I have an authorized signature for the company accounts. Preparing and attending all cost of sales meetings with the division. Also prepare NVO’s for the next year for the factory .preparing brand P&L, Income statement and working capital
