Supporting the HUB as a certified peer reviewer a member of the COE ( Centre Of Excellence) and a member of the design development team's all-around hubfor several projects especially for the hospitals, and buildings. I am responsible for ensuring and reviewing drawings, bOQs, guidelines and quality assurance for all documents before submitting the cases to the IPMG team and ensuring that all submitted cases have UNOPS climate guidelines. 2. Supporting the hub and project managers in preparing work plans using the MS Project and Primavera software and providing all activities inside the plan and setting. 3. Leading the teams in the HUB for different projects in the assessment phase, attending Stakeholders meetings to get their approvals, and providing the detailed design before tendering 4. Leading the supporting teams in the HUB in the implementation phase by attending the site visits virtually to ensure the quality of work and check that all documents are up-to-date and as per the approved Design.

• Responsible for performing site inspections for all civil activities on-site and for raising IR requests to the consultant

• Conduct Tool Box Talks to the people on site.

• Responsible for performing and supervising the external works such as roads, landscape, small buildings from footings till handing over the key and freestanding walls with all finishing stages
• Quality Assurance and control after the completion of any stage of a finishing item and comparing site applications with the IFC drawings.
