Leading the preparation of the quality assurance plan of the project and monitoring all submitted quality plans by contractors to ensure that it is within UNOPS standards. Also responsible for ensuring that all contractors use the right forms that are adopted and approved by UNOPS. also assigned as a quality assurance focal point for the HUB guiding the project managers to prepare QA plans and guide them on how to use the implementation forms. 11.Leading, conducting and reviewing UNOPS quality site reports to ensure and keeps track of errors and best practices of green materials and sustainability are identified and solved immediately. 12. Leading the preparation and controlling of the rehabilitation budget and ensuring that all works are done within the required budget and no variance orders are established from contractors. HUB Projects 1. Supporting the HUB as a certified peer reviewer a member of the COE ( Centre Of Excellence) and a member of the design development team's all-around hubfor several projects especially for the hospitals, and buildings. I am responsible for ensuring and reviewing drawings, bOQs, guidelines and quality assurance for all documents before submitting the cases to the IPMG team and ensuring that all submitted cases have UNOPS climate guidelines. 2. Supporting the hub and project managers in preparing work plans using the MS Project and Primavera software and providing all activities inside the plan and setting. 3. Leading the teams in the HUB for different projects in the assessment phase, attending Stakeholders meetings to get their approvals, and providing the detailed design before tendering 4. Leading the supporting teams in the HUB in the implementation phase by attending the site visits virtually to ensure the quality of work and check that all documents are up-to-date and as per the approved Design.

Leading and prepared contracts, and BOQS and reviewed and approving Structural Drawings that were submitted by consultants 2. Prepare a Quality assurance plan for packages that are planned to be implemented 3. Review and monitor QC plans, Schedules and reports submitted by Contractors. 4. preparing quality reports (daily +monthly) 5. Ensure the quality assurance of the works, shop drawings, BOQS, Schedules and Contracts within the bank standards.
King Hussein Cancer Centre Outpatient Tower & East Tower
• Responsible for performing site inspections for all civil activities on-site and for raising IR requests to the consultant
• Follow up on the closure of external and internal NCRS
• Conduct Tool Box Talks to the people on site.
• Perform and monitor internal quality (daily and monthly) reports.
• Ensure the implementation of the company's quality internal procedures on-site.
• Supervision over various finishing items such as block walls, fire rating of block walls, Plaster works, Stone installation, (Mechanical System), Gypsum Board installation (GYPROC system with a certificate from GYPROC COMPANY)), False ceiling installation, Doors installation, Raised Floor installation, Resilient floors installations, Wood Cladding etc....
• Make sure that all safety measures are taken with the coordination of the HSSE team
• Tracking and monitoring the quality control plan, implementation plan and schedules with subcontractors and the Planning department.

• Responsible for performing site inspections for all civil activities on site and for raising IR requests to the consultant
• Perform internal quality (daily and monthly) reports.
• Supervision over various finishing items such as block walls, fire rating of block walls, Plaster works, Stone installation, (Mechanical System), Gypsum Board installation (KNAUF SYSTEM), False ceiling installation, Doors installation, Raised Floor installation, Resilient floors installations, Wood Cladding etc....
• Responsible for performing and supervising the external works such as roads, landscape, small buildings from footings till handing over the key and freestanding walls with all finishing stages
• Quality Assurance and control after the completion of any stage of a finishing item and comparing site applications with the IFC drawings.
