Leading the design and management of the reward programmes for the Bank, namely, all guaranteed and variable pay elements to ensure that the bank is able to attract, retain and motivate employees to achieve
their business objectives.
Currently I am the Compensation & Benefits manager heading the department and reporting to GM-HR.
Key Deliverables
Effectively plan and manage staff remuneration process (bonuses, Increments, and Share Grant) including individual market comparison.
Effectively administrate compensation surveys including IOB, Mclagan and others.
Successfully manage and administer the performance management process throughout the year including KPI setting, MYR, and Performance appraisals.
Manpower planning, staff cost and headcount monitoring.
MIS reporting including internal, board’s and SAMA’s reports.
Support other HRD functions namely recruitment and payroll.
Day to day C&B activities such as staff promotions/increment, internal and market benchmarking.
Moreover I was involved in other HRD projects and activities such as succession planning, HRMS reimplementation business case, Staff engagement survey, salary scale review.
I joined SHB as HR- assistant manager handling MIS function and reporting to GM-HR, Soon after I was involved in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities till finally in May.10 I was assigned for C&B matters reporting to head of Recruitment/Compensation & Benefits
As MIS officer I set up the MIS function in the department of Private Banking transferring straight foreword data reporting into a meaningful decision support system, reporting to GM private banking my duties included gathering and analyzing market, products and client information.
