SICE is a major infrastructures Services Company (providing services for : Water Treatment, Communication, Transportation, Security and ITS "Intelligent Traffic Systems") - and it belongs to ACS Group, the 3rd world wide construction group, and the owner of other well known companies like Lieghton, Daragados, Hoctif…etc.
SICE headquarters is located in Madrid, Spain - and spreading around the world through 35 branches - and I was working for the Saudi Arabia branch as the Business Development Manager, with the following tasks and achievements, noting that I was employed there even before establishing the company fully :
• Support in creating the Saudi branch legally, with regards to the Saudi laws for foreign investors, and the headquarters general branches policy.
• Support in creating the general structure of employees within the Saudi branch, and support in HR various issues.
• Support the company in all logistic and administration topics
• Support in strengthen the relations of the branch with current clients and also expanding the network of the company (clients, suppliers, agents …etc.) locally, and internationally.
• International partners network development, specially that SICE is a system integrator company as well, and Saudi Arabia is considered a very special market with special needs.
• Official representative of the company in Saudi Arabia, and responsible for all marketing activities within the kingdom for all major clients “contractors” like SBG, ACC, Saudi Ogre..etc. including finding the target person inside the organization, preparing the proper presentations, meeting them and discuss together their needs, then closing with our engineering department at the headquarters the primary proposal before submitting to the client .
• Support creating (long term - short term) business and marketing plans properly and professionally .
• Achieved 4 Million Euros revenues in 2012, and was responsible for leading other 55 Million Euros opportunities..

As the General Manager’s office manager, I was responsible for all the activities required to be done for the company through the General Manager like the different follow up procedures with the company’s different departments, sales, business development and HR team - I was attending all the internal meetings with GM and the heads of other departments, and make the proper conclusions after each meeting, following up the different tasks for each department after that, and collect the feed back after that in a detailed report to be presented to the general manager.
This of course besides the known activities for such a position, and solving any internal matter with the work requirements on behalf of the GM if he was not available..
