Based on my large experience of the furniture business in the Saudi Arabia market I established the company from the outset on the basis of a feasibility study I have made about the needs of the Saudi market of home and office furniture and the needs of projects in different types of both the public and private sectors and the extent focused in my studies on the purchasing power of the slice of medium and below the middle, was start racing the work from three showrooms in Jeddah, Tabuk, & Abha in the western side of Saudi Arabia.


Based on the data of this study, I have to travel to China for the sourcing of home and office furniture to meet the demands of the target segments of home, office, & projects furniture for both private & government sectors.
In addition, I have to develop projects department in order to prepare full studies & proposals for tenders and has already been awarded some of projects.


As Executive General Manager of this company I am fully responsible for the whole operations of the company starting from management, buying goods through attending the furniture exhibitions in China, as well as find new sources of home, office furniture and project furniture requirements.

1.Improved the annual turn over to reach SR 100 million in a short time frame.
2.Increased market coverage by opening 12 showrooms around the kingdom.
3.Selection of right and convenient items that suits market demand.
4.Introduced new and modern fast moving items for both office and home furniture.
5.Developed purchases resources from different countries i.e. china, Malaysia, Europe & USA.
6.Maintained stock levels at the minimum required levels.
7.Implemented ERP system across all functional departments.
8.Improved suppliers’ payment terms and maintained healthy cash flow position.

Fully in-charge of operations such as Interiors fit-out works and soft furnishing for all the projects under executions going on in Saudi Arabia, such as :

1. The interiors works in the Four seasons Hotel in Riyadh with Elsaif contracting Co.
2. 5 different projects located in Riyadh and Jeddah with Saudi Oger Co.

Full in-charge for Operations such as Interiors fit-out works and soft furnishing from the production till the handing over.

Design Section
Responsible for the review and approval of shop drawings detailes ( before sending to Planning Section for material allocations before releasing the work to Production Section )
To ensure the design is made easy to produse, assemble and install .
To standardize the product in terms of mass production process, material and fittings .
To introduce the new products in the market.

Planning Section
To ensure each material have been studied carefully to minimize wastage .
To ensure that materials will always be available in the stock for the production .
To make sure that use of slow moving and dead stock material whenever applicable .
To maximize the use of off-cuts raw materials in other products if possible .

Material / Store Section
Responsible for sourcing of imported and local material .
Determine and control stock levels and place orders.
Project stock for the incoming projects .
Maintain stock level to ensure sufficient supply of materials and fittings .
To estimate the required materials of each project.

As a head of design and studies department, my responsibilities include rough study, conceptualization, and basic designs of furniture for turnkey projects. it also includes study of tender decuments, selection of furniture, finishes, layouts, presentation boards, provide alternatives, etc.
Communicate with the manufacturers regarding technical matters including enquiries, specifications, pricing, deliveries and installation estimates.
Discuss with the client and the consultant once the project is awarded and finalize the colour schemes and quantities before ordaring is made .
To place purchase orders to our local and international sources.
Monitor site installations.
