Work involves implementation of Oracle HRMS in Saudi Arabia (Release 12 Arabic & English Implementations for Core HR, Payroll & Self-Service) at two projects (methodology being followed is a combination of Standard Oracle AIM and Oracle ABF). Implementation was carried out successfully for two projects and they went live. Also, I was assigned as a Project Owner to one of the projects.

I worked on Oracle HRMS e-business modules which included Core HRMS, Payroll, and Self-Service web applications. I implemented Core HR and Payroll at two clients, one in Jordan and one in Jeddah, in Saudi Arabia. Both projects went live successfully.
Main Responsibilities included:
1. Studying of customers’ existing business scenarios (initial sizing and scoping).
2. Documentation with Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
3. Participating in solution design.
4. Mapping and making the Oracle Applications friendlier according to the business requirements.

I worked on Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL, and dealt with Oracle Database Software such as TOAD. I designed lots of forms and reports for many clients in several industries such as: Medical Sector, Holding Companies, Manufacturing and Educational Sector.
and for several modules such as: Human Resources, Payroll, General Ledger, Budget, Student Accounting System, Student Information System, Inventory, Medical Care Unit, and Secuirty and Auditing.

This helped in diagnosing electronic car problems, analyzing data in ECU, and performing certain commands in ECU. Roles varied between researching car protocols and ECU’s, developing software, documentation and presentation.
