Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations, which outline strengths and weaknesses of viable options, including cost-benefit analysis, effect on current operation, potential implementation and installation and plan.
Determine cost of various options and prepare cost-benefits analysis, as well as equipment costs and other purchases.
Conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting; and perform related work as required.
Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis.
Provide troubleshoot hardware and software user support in windows environment.
