-Working under JOBMASTER’s umbrella while handling Modern Bakeries’ (Rich Bake) project, acting as their human resources consultant for their both premises, managing all the HR functions, responsibilities include (but not limited to):

-OD:
Acting as a part of a team responsible for a 1 year project for restructuring the HR data and functions at Rich Bake such as the business processes, job profiles, job analysis, and the organizational structure.

Recruitment and selection:
1. Responsible for internal and external job postings in appropriate channels.
2. Updating and implementing the annually manpower plan.
3. Screening resumes and applications, conducting initial and competency based interviews (CBI) for both blue and white collars and selecting candidates.
4. Handling mass recruitment interviews for blue collars.

7. Responsible for keeping various HR forms and documents (JDs, organizational chart) always up to date and signed from top management.

9. Updating the newly hired employees’ job data on the Oracle database on regular basis (grade, level, position, job, department payroll)

Training and performance appraisals:
1. Managing and updating the annual training plan.
2. Managing the weekly internal technical training and keeping its records.
3. Looking for training courses from different channels based on the needs and the annually performance appraisals.
4. Managing training courses bookings and dates
5. Updating employee training cards.
6. Updating training assessment records.
7. Responsible for the training evaluation.
8. Handling the annually performance appraisal process for employees (blue and white collars)

Oracle:
Responsible for updating Oracle for all the employees, from the recruitment and HR data as well as the payroll/promotions/raise data, acting as the Oracle officer for Rich Bake's both premises.
