 Handling all administrative tasks associated with different insurance inquiries.

 Uploading the data on Neuron portal.
 Issuing the medical policies on NEURON/ TPA system and activating the emirates id with health insurance plans for the customers.
 Issuing the medical policies for RAK insurance in ESKADENIA system.
 Issuing receipts against the payment of policies for different accounts in ESKADENIA.
 Dealing with different types of brokers, placing business with us and assisting them according to their needs and requirements.
 Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
 Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
 Managing road shows conducted by DHA (Dubai health authority) and represent my company there.
 Issuing medical policies on road show at spot and activating emirates I.D of clients.
 Issuing certificates of insurance, certificate of continuity, travel certificate and JAFZA certificates.
 Opening an accounts on ESKA system for different customers to issue different policies.
 Issuing SOA for different clients periodically.
 Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
 Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.
 Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
 Creating DHA medical insurance quotes on ESKA for different brokers and direct sales clients.
 Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals, including automobile, fire, group life, property and group medical insurance.
 Calculating the risk.
 Assessing background information of the client.
 Making it sure that all the process from inception till end goes smooth and customer should get good experience in placing business with company.
