As a Quantity Surveyor Duties & Responsibilities : ✓ Prepares material takeoffs/BOQ as per approved standards on assigned contract, project, or program from engineering drawings, plans, and specifications. ✓ Prepare payment certificates for the sub-contractors. ✓ Reviews takeoffs prepared by others to check for completeness, appropriate definition, and accuracy. ✓ Cross-check Clients BOQ against tender drawings and specifications. ✓ Draft contractual letters to the Consultant and client. ✓ Prepare monthly payment applications for the client. ✓ Review and confirm all sub-contractor invoices and payment requests and forward them to the Project Manager for final approval.

Job Duties: ✓ Prepare civil/structural and architectural shop drawings and as built drawings. ✓ Quantity Surveying: reinforcing steel, concrete, finishes and architectural items. ✓ Calculate quantities and prepare bills for sub-contractors.
Projects: ✓ King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh. Job Duties: ✓ Prepare civil/structural and architectural shop drawings and as built drawings. ✓ Quantity Surveying. ✓ Prepare coordinate points for the surveyor. ✓ Make coordination between structural & Architectural drawings. ✓ Follow-up the shop drawings with consultant to get approval. ✓ Follow-up all draftsmen in the department (20 nos.), and distribute the tasks to them.
