• Project work plans, day-to-day project management, follow project standards, quality assurance.
• Full accountability for the delivery against all fixed assets, consumables, and daily expenses.
• Manage the successful technical delivery of client engagements detailing agreed milestones.

• Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and / or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.

• Manage the IT departments include staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career development.
• Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
• Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
• Develop and control the IT security policy.
• Maintain standard level of service to ensure the satisfaction of all customers.
• To direct ground handling activities to ensure delivery of a safe, secure, and punctual operation, acting as the focus for safe process and procedures.
