Working in Arabtec’s main office and managing/leading the company’s claims (time wise) by providing the following services for a large portfolio of projects (Villas, High rise towers, Expo 2020 projects):
- Lead claim preparation (Time Impact Analysis / Window), defense and preparation of particulars and chronology of events
- Investigate for potential delay events
- Prospective and retrospective delay analysis
- High quality analytical report
- Contractual management for claim preparation
- Peer review of Baseline programmes

- Presenting & negotiating with Clients regarding submitted EoT claims and ability to prove entitlement
- Sound knowledge of contract mechanisms
- Knowledgeable with FIDIC contracts
- Provided numerous internal trainings on “Extension of time delay analysis” to Arabtec’s 70+ planners
- Critical path analysis
