leading key accounts team Jeddah with two supervisor and 6 salesmen they follow up all Jeddah key accounts except panda as I have other team.
•Leading Panda chain totally:
→Our items divided in many departments so I deal with 9 buyers & 4 category managers.
→Promote our products:
As panda rules they divide the promo weeks as 53 weeks total years, so I make the proposals in advance by plans each month I sent proposals for 4 weeks.
→Listing & Price-packing changes:
Follow direct by send emails to all buyers for any price -packing issue but need more efforts as panda the last chain who made the changes till all other accounts change.
→Follow up with panda supply chain for any issues for the availability of the items in DC’S & in branches.
→Follow up with accounts department for the payments, details of payments, details for any deductions.
→Panda Team:
I have in each region teams who follow up the branches by check the shelves, availability of items, follow up the promotion items with daily reports to follow.
