• Facilitated all HR functions such as Manpower planning and budgeting, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance and Reward Management, Career Planning and Change Management.
• Took control of the implementation of OHI (Organization Health Index) project in several groups in the bank, developed action planning teams, and facilitated the execution of the corrective actions in 3 consecutive surveys (2014, 2016 and 2018), overall bank wide results have been progressing from 71% to 85% over the years.
• Delivered “Business Etiquette” training workshop to all bank employees, this training has become one of the most favorable training courses offered internally and highly in demand.
