Job Description:
1- Execute and Deliver on assigned operating plan and targets to assure that business wins profitable & productive services sales.
2- Translating the general assembly’s goals to a strategy then using this strategy to develop tactics and implement them to achieve those goals.
3- Representing the company on contracts and work with the clients and vendors to grant the business continuity.
4- Developing a contingency plan for emergency situations “financial and technical emergencies”
5- Overlook the marketing plan to promote the business.
6- Preparing the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Working on increasing profit margins through cost cutting and maintaining profitable planned sales revenue.
1- Secure Installed base opportunities of services, upgrades and revamps across existing fleet while identifying new opportunities and grow footprint through creating sales analysis & forecast business plans to sustain desired growth. 2- Supplying the customers in region with sales and technical support and implementing a market penetration through 360 degrees service to the clients.
3- Drive a complete process of pricing, negotiating, and other commercial issues to secure a success complete deal/project.
4- A complete budgeting and budgeting revision process leader.
5- Work with Projects team to follow up on existing projects and work on specifying our products portfolio.
6- Acted as a mentor to my colleagues. Being the most experienced in the team, I led, without direct reporting, my colleagues on market nature, new clients approach, contracts negotiating …etc.
During This assignment, I worked remotely from office, with minimum supervision. My budgets were regularly achieved and additional clients added to my portfolio over the years. On average, I achieved 1.2 Million GBP annually.
1. Protective stock analysis for all mentioned territories including mining sites.
2. Managing a global contract with KBR in Iraq.
3. Preparation of recommended stock list for various territories.
4. Technical problems analysis & providing solution. (technical inquiries)
5. Quoting major accounts.
6. Package deals recommendations and processing.
7. Follow up for push package & package deals order deliveries.
8. Direct & follow up processing of major customer parts orders.
9. Assist & monitor protective stock analyst & the execution of technical duties.
10. Updating technical tools. (New software).
11. Follow up and maintaining customer satisfaction.
12. Guiding the junior colleagues on executing the above mentioned tasks and training them to take over these tasks later on.
