Develop and execute Professional Services strategies, programs, and processes for delivering a superior customer experience for ACT customers.
Manage full lifecycle of ACT professional services, including sales, delivery, marketing, technical capabilities, and strategy.
Lead and manage the Professional Services teams (4 Teams of Engineers), by effectively mentoring and coaching teams members.
Manage and own the Professional Services budget including responsibility for revenue generation, expense management, managing/leveraging resources, and securing profitable engagements.
Lead and participate in shaping strategy that will attain professional services growth while preserving and retaining existing customer base; translate strategy into clear objectives and initiatives

Evaluating and interviewing candidates for professional Services Department.
Evaluating, planning and validating new Ideas In the Professional Services Department
Troubleshooting and implementing the solution for complex problems that might face the Department
Designing solutions and Supporting products for Microsoft and Oracle Databases
Designing and editing magazine and brochures for Professional Services Department Solutions and Products
