Ensure that all construction activities are undertaken as per approved drawings
Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Prepare & negotiate contracts & revisions, changes with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers & subcontractors.
Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure the sharing of the same objectives. Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines
Ensure coordination of all project interfaces with all disciplines.

Design, coordinate and supervise interior design projects from the Conceptual phase through Schematic Design, Design Development, and onto execution drawings, with the possibility of doing materials/fixtures selections
Developing current Furniture production lines and proposing new furniture designs
Supervising products during manufacture and on installation
Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and scheme for Radisson SAS hotel in El-Qusseir, also modeling & Rendering exteriors & interiors spaces
Attending meetings to support presentation and providing samples for the client
