Establish standard operating procedures to help control the risks associated with the projects, as well as monitor key project metrics and perform quality control initiatives and projects progressive plan.
• Responsible for leading the Work Breakdown Structure development (WBS), project scope and budget development, Schedules of Value (SOV), and supporting project estimating functions
• Responsible for facilitating and documenting Contract and Change Order Management to control and document scope, schedule and cost changes and their impact to projects and the site business plan.
• Responsible for assembling project invoicing data and supporting Account Receivable processing .
•Acting owner representative for the strip malls project which extend over the entire Saudi Arabia.
•Determine project responsipility by identifiying project phases and element, assigning contractors and subcontractors personnel to phase and elements, reviewing bids from contractor.
• Project testing and commissioning of civil, mechanical, electrical parts prior to retail operation
•Manages the site day to day basisi that includes mointoring the labor force and subcontractors
•Prepare project document, contract, budgets and repoert
•Coordinate between consultant and contractors.
•Ensure all quality cotrol methods are appiled.
•Reviewing daily reports by analyzing information, recommendation and conduct meeting.
•Maintain company milestones dates and project time frame.
Abraj Kudai Towers, one of the biggest constructions in last few years to build 12 towers for the Abraj Kudai mixed-use project in Makkah.
• Manage and perform daily site work based on time schedule and quality plan
• Review project drawings, documents and BBS; discuss problems and issues in execution and drawings with technical office.
• Prepare of monthly interim payment certificates, additional work, and variation orders claims for the client.
• Supervise erecting and operating of “Doka Automatic Climbing Formwork System" for core walls and columns
• Monitoring reinforcement steel orders and fabrication, with delivering schedule
Estimate manpower productivity rates to be reflected on project item price and time schedule
work in MOI- Hajj guest Building (muzdaifa, Arafat) as project inharge for a rush project in makkah,
• Prepare a detailed schedule of all construction activities
• Monitor and co-ordinate with internal and external suppliers .
• Create Bill of Materials (BOMs) and required equipment and chicaneries
• Formation of manpower appropriate to the needs and nature of the project
• Establishing of the warehouse and Central manufacturing workshop
• Set up contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Receipt of the sites and the development of plans for the construction phases

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

• Liaising with consultants, main contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Providing technical advance, problems solving.
• planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Prepare the payment certificate and check list for contractors.

During studying in AL Balqa applied university we involved in two section : The first: Structural part Contain many different courses in designing the reinforced concrete of all structural element. and the materials that involve in the construction processes. The second: Highways and traffic This part contain the design of the highways and the statistical analysis studies,materials and mix design During the period of collage we have invovled in a related and signifcant courses taken according to the requirement of the market like: * Bridges design * Prestress and posttensioned concrete * Rehabilitation of structures
