Designed marketing strategy plan for a statewide new product launch for a non-alcoholic beer beverage product.

Conducted initial interviews with small to mid-level business owners to see if their business troubles would be something we can find a solution to.
The most challenging part of the interviews was to gain the confidence of the business owner to share their most private problems to a stranger, and then, accept a non-tangible product/service that will cost thousands of dollars, without any show of results for several months to years after the implemented changes.
The most rewarding part was when I would receive a phone call from those owners, thanking me for helping them make the change and now are no longer on the verge of bankruptcy!
• Responsible for the daily management of the Southeastern region of the U.S’ operations.
• Ensure that all groups perform under established policies and procedures; meet required turn times; maintain loan quality, meeting customer service levels.
• Manage and participate in the daily operations to appropriately utilize staff, ensuring loan quality requirements are met and ensuring the departments meet turn time requirements.
• Review daily reports to monitor turn times, customer service requirements, and increase efficiency.
• Monitor file flow to ensure volume is processed in a timely manner and funding schedules are met while consistently looking for ways to improve performance, streamline procedures, processes and efficiencies.
• Monitor loan quality and procedures to ensure staff is properly trained and effective procedures are established, promoting quality, reducing risk and improving customer service levels.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Account Executives and provide assistance as necessary to finalize deals holding the responsibility for final business decisions.
• Coach and mentor the next level of management to ensure the department provides a high standard of customer service; purchasing quality loans and cultivate appropriate succession candidates for promotional opportunities.
• Provide assistance in approving loan exceptions and establishing acceptable risk for the department to take when purchasing loans.
• Work with Sr. Management to develop new policies and procedures that affect operations and implement such.
• Handle pipeline of over 400 clients with an average of $360million in monthly purchases.
