• Reviewing forwarding and sea freight invoices.

• Indicating the proper transportation routing for goods.
• Calculating estimated logistics cost.
• Planning shipments schedules.
• Following up shipments' full documentation processes.
• Assigning tasks and supervising custom clearance and the rest of logistics team.
• Following up import shipments.
• Achieving the sales revenue target as I had been involved.
• Updating rates files, new service, changes in policies and procedures with shipping lines and airlines.
• Receiving customer’s requests and orders.
• Customer service (Customers are exporters & importers)
• Shipments arrangements with custom clearance, truckers and lines employees in both import & export consignments.
• Documents reviewing with lines and customs.
• Printing House Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin.
• Measuring customer’s satisfaction.
• Calculating operations costs.
• Providing draft invoices to accounting dept.
• Updating operations records.
• Reporting monthly and annual progress in work.
• Handling H-Bills of Lading with agents of OWL (Freight forwarders network)
• Design of OWL house bill of lading on MS Word
