* Responsibilities Highlights:
- Check project specifications and drawings of new RFQs received from sales team,
- Responsible for all technical issues regarding quotation cycle internally with all involved
departments from design/engineering, procurement, installation and so on.
- Prepare estimation of the Project requirements from materials, fabrication procedure, manpower
and calculates costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial offer explaining the scope of work for engineering work, supply,
fabrication, surface treatment and QC/QA to match client requirements.
- Revise Client P.O and prepare Work Order to proceed to all involved internal departments.
- Compare estimated budget versus actual budget, then update estimation strategy.

- Prepare bill of quantities including description of the estimated Budget of the project items.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial offer explaining the scope of work for engineering work, supply,
fabrication, painting and QC/QA scope of work to match client requirements.
- Revise Client P.O and prepare Work Order to proceed to all other involved departments.
- Compare estimated budget versus actual budget and specify project cost variation, then update
estimation strategy.
