Plans and controls execution of assigned projects. Acts as the primary on-site leader for execution teams on assigned projects.
Responsible for flawless and profitable project execution in compliance with contractual obligations (accurate, on-time, billed, within budget & scope of contract).
Primary on-site leader for execution team consisting of both front line delivery teams and subcontractors. Attends job progress meetings as required, steers corrective actions and defines recovery plans where needed. Escalates issues when required.
Drive project review meetings. Analyse and audit engineering contract and standard compliance, execution issues and change requests, costs, billings, collections, and payables. Make changes to optimize performance and continuously strive to improve margins.
Investigates opportunities for improvements in the project scope that will result in value added change orders. Performs associated cost estimates, prepares proposals and secures customer acceptance.
Project Engineering
Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
Preparing bill of Quantity & detail engineering; conducting project review meetings for evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective actions, if required.
Design, integrate, implement and commission Structured Cabling and fiber optics Network System (Voice/Data/Video)
Installation & Commissioning / Maintenance
Anchoring commissioning of networks; drawings, ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilisation to maximize the output.
Ensuring preventive maintenance of networks including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble-free and seamless operations.
Preparing various project reports for identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting troubleshooting, service and repair to rectify the network.
Team Management
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.

•Prepare engineering detail design for the voice and data Transport Infrastructure and their components such as equipment racks, conduits, patch panels and other components from Communication Equipment Room to the information outlets
