Responsibilities.
•Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet - income statement - Trial balance - cash
flow statement - Equity statement).
• Preparation of VAT report monthly or Quarterly basis ( based on the duration ).
•AccountPayable - Invoice recording, payments and reconciliation.
• Account Receivable - Revenue recording, payments, reconciliation.
• Fixed assets, controls and procedures.
• Banks Reconciliation.
•Preparing the monthly payroll.
•Participating in Inventory count, prepare reports and reconciles.
• Preparing monthly adjustments.
• lead monthly checklist along with adjusting entries
• Posting G/L Entries.
•Managing Petty Cash.
• Prepare customized financial reports required by management by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing accounts information.
•Participate in developing plans and budgets and Variances.
•Responsible for closing fiscal year.
• support and coordination for annual audit with external audit and Corporatetax annually.
•Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and financial reports as dictated by General Management.
