• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential pharmacies
• Submits the collected local purchase orders sheets to the management on daily bases in order to prepare the delivery of requested medicines or other Pharmaceutical products to the clients
• Encashment the value of the orders, giving the receipt vouchers to the clients, and then submitting the total collected amount to the account at the end of the working day
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly production report
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Create a data base to register the contact details for all the clients
• Working in a team to achieve the targeted results.
Entering all the requested data lists in a special data base program
• Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures
• Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary
• Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly
• Registering the incoming calls (including time, date and caller details)
• Offer support to other team members if necessary
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
• Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
