Responsibilities
1 Supervise senior personnel and project teams in the preparation and presentation of cost and schedule forecasts and any
other special project performance / status reviews as required.
2 Provide technical guidance, training and staffing support in cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions in all
projects within a specified country area.
3 Work with assigned country operations management to prepare consolidated reports and address any specific problems or
concerns related to individual projects
4 Work with PCD corporate Engineers to coordinate workload and staffing requirements.
5 Prepare and finalize all Variation orders and claims
6 Supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis activities and
timely issue of reports.
7 Coordinate and supervise cost and scheduling presentations to company and client management as required.
8 Determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
9 Establish activity durations and sequence for specific work disciplines.
10 Identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences and work with the performing
organizations and units to coordinate work sequences within total project plan.
11 Determine critical path activities for work areas and / or work disciplines and monitor schedule deviations and proposes
corrective action/work around solutions.
12 Prepare the cost studies utilizing historical data, cost and quantity comparisons, and statistical analysis.
13 Responsible for the preparation of project invoicing as per contract invoicing procedures. Preparing the subcontract
payment applications
14 Establish reporting tools, streamline on-project scheduling processes and procedures, chair progress meetings, analyze
critical paths and restraints to determine effect of change or deviation from the plan,

1 Develop a Program Management methodology framework, which provides a structured approach to program management that provides the ability to monitor and control timescales, costs, quality, and more efficient use of resources all over project.
2 Develop; customize the processes to meet internal and external needs. Develop tools and techniques to maintain the full integration between the contract administration requirements and projects execution requirements.
3 Customize & establish appropriate Key Success Indicators & manage trade-offs between scope, time & cost.
4 Support departmental planning & control specialist to establish, update & report plans with actual & forecasts including realistic forecasts of final target positions.
5 Document all obstacles, delays, & claims, obtain approval, & track all changes in project parameters.
6 Ensure all project requirements & objectives are properly documented Establish & confirm guidelines applicable to the project.
7 Obtain & manage all necessary services to tracing the actual situation and reflect these in schedule.
8 Check claim management, financial issues.
9 Preparation of material take off and resource planning, leveling and allocation
1 Establish an effective following up and reporting system for progress monitoring, resource utilization and cost control. To provide a clear vision for actual performance compared with planned target and major obstacles, delays (if any) and major accomplishment and / or milestones.
2 On a by weekly and monthly bases, Issuing a general report for the top management that include all information on physical progress made in all construction fields and also in submittals, material procurement and delivery, subcontracting performance, skilled labors production charts, formwork and equipment utilization plans, performance S-curves, material S-curves, change management, Earned value curves, estimated balances at completion and cost control report.
3 Support departmental planning & control specialist to establish, update & report plans with actual & forecasts including realistic forecasts of final target positions.
4 Support and coordinate with other parties for special work included in our scope that include mechanical installation, equipments installation, electromechanical activities and steel structure erection.
5 Anticipating schedule delays, bottlenecks and site obstacles; and initiating resolutions and catch up schedules.
6 Developing, customization and implementation of planning and methodology requirement for tendering and future engagement projects according to company strategic plans.
1 Provide project management supporting activities including planning, development & implementation of the project schedule and regular follow up.
2 Coordinate, review and approve the corrective actions and recovery plans undertaken to optimize the occurred delay in order to correctly drive and lead the progress to ensure project completion in a timely & costly manner.
3 Following proposed and actual change management and anticipated cost or time extension claims.
4 Quantity Survey, revision and approval for general contractor invoices.
5 Having a complete and intense understanding and involvement with BOQ including cost, quantities and specifications for all divisions and subdivisions which where all represented in this project
1 Assist Project manager & project team members to understand & accept scheduling concepts, theory & alternative approaches in scheduling project activities
2 Support & supervise project team members & planning & control specialists in the art of scheduling & the use of the designated software
3 Develop policies for external vendors contributing to outsourced projects for scheduling procedures & guidelines & inform them of these guidelines through Project Managers.
4 Develop & maintain portfolio repository for project schedules.
5 Support departmental planning & control specialists to analyze validity of schedules submitted by external vendors & its conformation to scheduling policies.
6 Develop program and portfolio tracking and progress reports
7 Recommend polices or procedures in developing revisions that will improve schedule accomplishment
8 Attend management, planning & control meetings to convey project planning and control strategy.
1 Having a clear comprehension of the contract general and special conditions particularly sections regarding the schedules, progress measurement, delays, payments, technical requirements and penalties.
2 Develop, customize and prepare with team all technical requirements for the tender and execution of the work that include method statement, site conditions, mobilization and demobilization, tracking obstacles that affect the cost sheet, and resource requirements .
3 Review drawings and coordinate with all disciplines (procurement, electromechanical, subcontracting) to satisfy the financial and technical requirements of the contract.
4 Developing, customization and implementation of planning and methodology requirement for the contract that include base line analysis, milestone charts, resources charts, equipments utilization plans, manpower histograms and subcontracting requirements to achieve best utilization of company resources.
5 Develop, Design, and Analyzing the balance sheet for cash in/out charts and draw the needed fund for each project to company top management.
6 Categorize risk chances and probabilities of its happening, assessment of risk and estimate its impact.
7 Develop, assign and monitor plans to finalize Mega project estimation sheets in JV and Consortium and coordinate with other parties to maintain appropriate sequence and success tender.
