• The in charge for the sponsorship transfer for local foreign employee.
•Making the letters of the sponsorship transfer requested by the name of the company, and receiving the sponsorship transactions and submit it to the government section in the company and follow up to the end, up to completing the transfer.
• Making monthly report for the sponsorship transactions, and ORACLE HRMS, data entering in the system.

•Selecting new guides lines for developing the policy and procedures for the recruitment & employment process.
