Pakistan International Printers Pvt. Ltd is a well renowned company consists of three large manufacturing units of packaging materials e.g SIM Jackets, Laminated packs of goods, wrapper of eatable goods, Boxes of medicines. Being Assistant Manager Accounts, my responsibilities were to maintained financial statements of Head Office, consolidated financial statements of branch offices, developed the processing (receipt and distribution) of the Head Office, Prepared or directed the preparation of daily and monthly accounting reports in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards. I was reportable to both Manager Accounts and CFO as well.
Main Responsibilities:
✓ Prepared Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of Head Office
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables and payables
Verification of payments processes and documents
Bank Reconciliation, posting and balancing
Processed Salary and other Financial Claims of Head Office
Physical stock taking
Setup new suppler on accounting software
Oversee entire order process
Managed all issues related to intra-field transactions
Examined all types of Vouchers
Assisted in the development and implementation of the defined accounting system to ensure compliance with international accounting standards and Auditing Procedures

Diamond Tyres Ltd. engaged in manufacturing of Tyres & Tubes. It is well renowned international and national level organisation. Being work with this esteem organisation, my core faces of job to work with team which were working in different departments of Finance & Accounts efficiently & Co-ordinately to maintain financial discipline in the Head Office according to the policies of the organization.
Brief Job Description: * Assisted in preparation of Financial Statement.
* Prepared Fixed Assets Register.
* Prepared aging analysis in respect of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Handled day to day queries of the suppliers and finalize the monthly payments of the suppliers.
* Prepared daily funds position
* Prepared monthly bank reconciliation statement in order to get the correct position of the funds.
* Data entry of all kind of voucher and handling with petty cash book.
