• Performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment.
• Aware of and follows all Field Modification Instructions and/or Instrument Service Information bulletins.
• Works with experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, to learn troubleshooting, repair and equipment installation techniques.
• Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
• Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts, and managing cycle times.
• Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts. Effectively engage commercial counterparts, identify potential sales leads, participate in sales opportunities such as contract renewals, and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business.
• Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends.
• Answer service calls independently without assistance within one year of employment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Service and repair Radiometer Blood Gas Analyzer (ABL7xx & ABL8xx), Radiometer Cardiac Marker (AQT90) & Leica (IPS-IPC) in hospitals, medical and research laboratories.
• Managing Radiometer Blood Gas Analyzer (ABL7xx & ABL8xx), Cardiac Marker (AQT90) & Leica (IPS-IPC) spare parts inventory.
• Create and develop customer loyalty to Radiometer brand.
• Complete service calls under extreme time pressure without issue reoccurrences.
• Selling spare parts & service contracts to the customers
• Ensure minimal impact on customer workflow
• Conceptualizing turnkey communication solutions as per client requirements, analyzing associated technical complexities/specifications and managing the execution of telecommunication network installation activities within the scheduled deadline.
• Allocating work modules to various teams under purview and consistently following up on progress of modules, to ensure seamless integration upon completion and deliverability.
• Supervising overall activities of the subordinates, handling all aspects of their training and conducting periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated team.
• Directing the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports in order to keep the upper management abreast of site installation activities of the department.
• Researching and analyzing prevalent technological constraints and available technical options, to create high-end telecommunication solutions.
• Supervising installation necessary for TX & 2G expansions; Installation & Alignment of Microwave antennas, upgrading links from (1+0) to (1+1), Installation or swap of Power-wave and Andrew antennas, Ericsson cabinets, creation of E1s, and installation of feeder systems as well as carrying out sweep tests using Anristu and JDSU site masters.
• Installation and commissioning of MINILINK TRAFIC NODE (2P, 6P, 20P)
• Performed and troubleshoots Mini Link equipment as NPU, LTU, MMU, etc.
• Troubleshooting of all types of Mini Link nodes using Mini-Link Craft.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting for Ericsson’s 2G RBS2000 family using Operation and Maintenance Tool (OMT) for new and expansion cabinets.
• Solving bad KPIs in coordination with Etisalat’s RF teams.
• Preparing site reports.
