• Started the Operation in Qatar back in 2006

• Established the various divisions in the company and put the systems and processes in place; Human resources, Accounts, Finance, Sales, Distribution and Operations.

• Started the hiring process which included all the team members of the company

• Put policies and KPIs in place for the division heads and made sure all are well followed

• Worked on ISO certification of the company which included 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001. System in place now for 2 years without fail

• Established connections with the major clients in the country and got the company registered with all government entities for the supplies of our products. Relationships with major Oil & Gas companies have been established as well

• Started the company policies with department heads’ help for the various departments,

HR, Accounts, Finance, Operation, and Sales and distribution.

• Responsible for looking after the day to day running of company, its employees and taking overall responsibility for all areas including sales, operations, HSE and quality, overseeing the current work and winning new business.

• Reviewed and analyzed periodic sales performance reports and business development plans submitted by sales manager

• Prepared and reviewed yearly budgets with Top management.

• Worked on a cost cutting plan which resulted in creating savings for the company.

• Established a very friendly environment in the company which helped all employees to perform much better than what was expected from them sometimes. All departments communicate with each other smoothly and chain of communication is very much respected and followed. That helped in improving and speeding up results.
