• Recording the treasury and petty cash transaction.
•Recording Fixed Assets transactions and calculating depreciation on them.
• Recording and following up on accounts receivables.
• Recording Accounts Payable transactions and prepare payments (Cash, Checks) and annually balances confirmation & Prepare reports for suppliers per month.
• Recording bank accounts and make the necessary adjustments.
• Prepare The Monthly a payroll and do the proper posting on Bank website & Reconciliation of the staff loan accounts.
• Reviewing all financial operations and auditing them financially in terms of attachments, accuracy of accounts, validity of signatures, powers, receipts and credits to ensure their conformity with approved policies.
• Preparing the matches of the company's accounts with the external accounts that deal with it to ensure the correctness of the balances.
• Follow up on any dues from the company or in favor of it and prove them in the system by registering them on the computer.
• Prepare financial and business results for the year, submit all required information through the operating system.
• Checking documentary movements, keeping a set of accounting books, recording and posting accounting entries.
• Reviewing all financial operations related to salaries and auditing them financially in terms of attachments, accuracy of accounts, validity of signatures, powers, receipts and credits to ensure their conformity with approved policies.
• Review all the transactions & data entries which have financial effects.
• Do the necessary posting of entries Accounting systems after doing the proper check.
• Preparing financial reports (Balance Sheets, Income statement).
