other departments and areas of the bank to obtain relevant
information.
• Provide support to SME RMs for daily transaction monitoring for
compliance and cross sell purposes.
• Review and monitor excess reports every morning.
• Provide support to SME RMs on customer
correspondence\follow-up.
• Marketing the bank's products through the phone
• Making cover for the targeted area and gathering all the available
information about the competitive products.
• Put the plans for launching the product and distribute it.
• Making the promotion for the product with the physicians and
convincing them by the benefits of my product.
• Put the promotion plans for the medical representative
• Provide the support for my team and handle the problems they

• Making group meeting for the physicians in the hospitals and get
the feedback about the product and know the requirement they
need it to get more support for our products.
• Monitor the daily reports for the medical representative executive.
• Making promotion for the medical products.
• Convincing the physicians by the products benefits.
• Follow with the pharmacies and the distribution companies the distribution rate of the products.
