Design and deliver product demonstrations based on the requirements and the competitive sales situation.
Define product and technical responses for customer requests.
Request and coordinate resources needed to support the sales engagement.
Participate at tradeshows, conferences and other events as needed by Product Marketing and Sales Management.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all WIKA-group products, features, functions, and benefits.
Provide education and training to peers, sales and presales staff and others in WIKA organization.
Become affiliated with industry groups, user groups, etc.
Follow-up with customers on pending quotations and orders.
Co-ordinate with the accounting department that the order had been delivered, payment is received and the customer is satisfied.
Building and manage reliable sales and financial staff to handle the business of the HQ in the Near East Area.
Advise the Mother Company with the suitable technical and commercial scenarios for the tenders prior to and during the bidding phase
Conduct technical consultations to customers and if needed Coordinate between customers and Mother Company to obtain requested technical clarifications to meet the requested due dates.
Develop framework agreements between the Mother Company and Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation owned companies
Assist in contract detailing, negotiation, and finalization in addition to setting the responsibilities matrices and overall contract management
Promote the company products, products features, benefits, and advantages to achieve marketing targets.
Conduct customer visits and after-sale services.
Promote company services to international market to obtain wider market coverage and agreements.
