Responsibilities
o To do the settlements between the bank branches and head office.
o Preparing bank statements and submit it to the CBE, weekly, monthly, yearly.
o To prepare performance reports and submit it to the higher managerial level.
o To cooperate with the auditors from Ernest & Young.
o Joining the committee for evaluating & choosing new software (core banking system) between different companies.
o Be member at the core team that responsible to get training and test the system.
o Participate on making the strategy for our department.
o Participate at creating a new chart of accounts that apply the CBE (Central Bank of Egypt) rules and requirements easy and automatically for new to compatible with the new core banking system.
o Creating SWIFT Massages for financial sector.
o Managing the financial side for the contract between our bank & Social Fund for Development for financing the target customers.
o Analyzing the most information that related to banking industry and economy for forecasting with the available market opportunities & suggest the alternatives to acquired it, threats that may face our bank & how to avoid it.
Responsibilities
o To answer to customers queries and to help them with the technical problems.
o To deal with customer complains and find the best solution to satisfy the customers.
o To prepare a report about the customer's problems I'm facing with the customers and my suggestion and to submit it to the team leader.
o Try to build a good relation with the company's customer and promote for its offers
