1- Working professionally on Desktop PC’s and laptops (Reinstall Operation System for all types of laptops, solving all problems, change all pieces in laptops such as Screen, Touchpad, keyboard, Hard Drive, Memory Card, Fan. The main tasks are working on laptops (format/installation of various programs/modify/provide), Maintenance PC and Laptop (hardware, software).
2- Install all drivers, install and work professionally in all types of programs.
3- Work professionally in Outlook Mailboxes (Full Mailbox, how to update Address Book, User have two emails but not work fine, Outlook need credential, Outlook Disconnected), and all Microsoft Office.
4- Work on all types of printers (HP Pro 200 - HP CM6030 - HP 880 - PLOTTER, all types of the printer model Xerox).
5- Professionally using remote control software tools (Management LANDesk software) to provide fault resolution and diagnosis.
6- Basic troubleshooting for problems that occur with the services that provided by other contractor company and reporting the issue by raising a ticket directly to the service provider ticketing system.
7- Active Directory Administration under certain permissions, resetting accounts, disabling/enabling accounts, create new accounts, Users access to shared drives and folders.

• IT Support tasks on Laptops: The main tasks are working in laptops (format/installation of various programs/modify/provide).
8- Format Laptops Install laptop models: DELL Latitude E7240, E6230, E6220, E6420, E6320, E6410 and E4310. Windows used in this laptops from server (image that I install is SCCM 1.0, 2.0 and 1.2).
9- Installation of various programs Install all drivers, install all types of programs such as (Active Directory ‘AD ‘- SAP - PI Process book- PI Data Link - Baspro application installation guide - BlackBerry Bold Link-BlackBerry Z10 Link- ESDO server - E-Token & Certificates & Mobil Office- Hardware Inspector - LME_Personal - SDL Trados2014 - Service desk, Mapping network drive, Open Well, Primavera P6 Professional remote connection, webtuter, XHQ Installation Guide_v10, DecisionSpace Insite Direct, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro).
10- Modify Laptops As for modify I change some stuff like computer name MacAfee username/password, windows username/password and fix laptops when it has problems (normal problems, AD problems and ePO server problem).
11- Provide Laptops A- I provide the laptops that has been fixed/formatted and install all programs that the user have it in his previous laptop and transfer all data. B- As for new employees I give them new ones
• Problems that I solved:
A- Get a laptop out from Domain then get it in again.
B- Reset user password when they forget or are unable to access on AD.
C- Change hardware parts such as HD, monitor, RAM, keyboard, touchpad and fun for all models.
12- Work on McAfee security programmer server ( ePO Server) The problems that is shown with McAfee are many. I'll mention some of it:
A- Adding a username to a laptop so they can login (encryption users in ePO Server).
B- Decrypt McAfee so I can easily send data to the server so that the user will not lose their data.
C- Check connection between ePO and AD and fix error.
D- The agent can’t connect to ePO (red messages in the log), the system needs to update the Agent configuration file.
E- Solve all McAfee problems in all Laptops.
13- I also solve some installation problems using McAfee and some knowledge of command prompt commands.
14- Process the complex tasks in Active Directory, Scripting with PowerShell to update Active Directory Data, like: - Updating the information for all the users in specific container in active directory.
* In Aug 2010 I worked for two months at information technology section (IT) in Hartha Power Station in Installation of surveillance cameras work sites And Installation of devices footprint in the presence of staff.
* In June 2011 I worked for two years and five months Operator / Technician in the Main Control Center which controls all the units in Hartha Power Station.
* In July 2013 I worked for One year Engineer in the operating section in Hartha Power Station at Work experience in the field of thermal turbines, thermal furnaces, all kinds of pumps, electricity high pressure and the low pressure and the work of all kinds circuit breakers.
