- Adapt and coordinate the implementations of strategies with clients through CPG of the main activities (Lunch new products, shopper campaign, promotion and exclusive activities to drive grows.
- Curry out the performance analysis and the application of 5 Ps on the client to recommend an action plan aligned with the marketing head.
- Monitor the competitive activities in the POS, SOS (Share of Space, Exhibition, Features), sale-in sale-out activities, and reinforce the promotional grid when required make recommendations that ensure the healthy growth of Consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
- Study and reporting the effect of each offer along with the competitors’ analysis.
- Coordinate the implementation of POP (Point of purchase) across all channels of distribution and ensure better availability and feasibility.
- Ensure the post-evaluation of key promotions together with the financial one to carry out a quality and quantity analysis and communication results with the marketing manager to redefine promotional tactics.
- Monitor and control the monthly trade spend across all channels and monitor the progress of each customer, and aligning our spend with marketing budget not to overcome it.
- Supervise the ideal assortment to find opportunities to discontinue or add new SKUs aligned with the brand manager.
- BDA’s annually review and reporting SWAT analysis for each customer individually.
- Carry out monthly control to optimize investment in clients (GTN investment, inventory control, out of stock, and low turnover SKUs.
