Job Description as per following:
-Report to the project manager / department heads and is responsible for the execution of works as per contractual requirements with regards to the time, cost and quality.
-To develop the construction time schedlue.
-To check and coordinate of all construction drawings.
-To prepare and update status schedules for materials, drawing and sub-contractor.
-Liaise with the client representatives, consultants and internal décor offices.
-To monitor the execution of all the project aspects in coordination with the project management plan and in accordance to the EN ISO 9001:2008.
-Ensuring the HSE requirements is implemented throughout the project and according to the regulation of OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety .
-To prepare the monthly progress report, monlthy progress payment.
-To attend the project review meeting organized by the project manager.
-To assist the project manager in identifying the need for subcontractor.
-To coordinate with the project manager / department heads for the allocation of adequate resourses.
-To identify the training requirements of the personnel for the execution of works and arange them either through internal means or through external agencies after due approval.
-To review and discuss with the project manager about any constrains in completing the project.
-To estimate and develop the various claims and variations.
-To maintain the machinery, equipment and instruments in proper working condition and ensure uninterrupted functioning.
-To assist the project manager in handing-over process upon completion and finalising the accounts.
-To perfom one or more duties of the project manager upon such delegation.
Project name: Construction of Al Andalus compound - Al Ain - UAE
Project description: Construction of 200 Precast Villas along with all infra structure and roads work.
Project amount: AED 225, 000, 000.
My job Descrition as follows:
-To check and coordinate of all construction drawings.
-To prepare civil materials and architectural drawing submitas and update status schedules for materials, drawing and sub-contractor.
- To check all civil subcontractor shopdrawings (precast shopdrawings, ...) and follow consultant and client approvals.
-To prepare the monthly progress report, monlthy progress payment.
-To attend the project review meeting organized by the project manager.
-To assist the project manager in identifying the need for subcontractor.
-To coordinate with the project manager / department heads for the allocation of adequate resourses.
- Checking all inquires before sending them to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyzing all the received offers from suppliers and subcontractors checking their compliance according to the project specifications sheets. Then preparing comparison tables to get the management approval.
- Managing the submittal of all civil materials and the follow up the approvals with all concerned consultants and owner representatives.
- Civil drawings coordination, checking and analysis.
- Studying and developing of the related architectural shop drawings along with the follow up of its submittals and approvals.
- Preparing the construction time schedules for all projects and following the progress of works at site.
- Preparing the monthly progress reports and monthly payments.
- Monitoring the handing over process and document control.
- Checking all suppliers invoices for delivered materials and Subcontractor payments.
Projects:
- Renovations of exsisting govenment hospitals for Faculty of Medicine -University Alexandria Egypt.
- Assiting in te developing of architectural design for New Borj El Arab hospital owned by University Alexandria Egypt, Faculty of Medicine.
- Renovation of Moassa Mosque internal and external elevation, (Built around 1914)
Junior Architect:
- Preparation of the architectural design (Avant-project)
- Preparing the presentation to obtain the client approval and/or comments.
- Developing of the construction drawings.
- Quantity survey and analysis.
Resident Architect:
- Review and coordination of all tender documents and drawings.
- Review and approval for all contractor civil submittals (Subcontractors, materials and drawings).
- Conduct all supervision and inspections of civil works during the construction of the projects.
