Project title :Construction and finalising of villas and buildings Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations • Coordinate with Technical Department in order to get the latest approved material and shop drawings. • Coordinate with consultant and client for solving day by day working issues to ensure all activities will end on time • Monitor quality of work and coordinate with Quality Control department to ensure that all activities are carried out with specification and standards. • Ensure the subcontractors are working adhere strictly to the latest approved for construction(AFC) project drawings • Monitor, assess resources in order to complete the project within contract period. • Responsible for all activities of site works. • Guide site engineers’ team to achieve daily target. • Evaluate the performance for the all team of work. • Regularly review and monitor HSE concern at site in order to ensure safe working environment. • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory • Meet contractual conditions of performance • Review the work progress on daily basis • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks

• Responsible for all activities of site work including(Buildings, infrastructure, foundations, pipe rack, Columns, Drums, Tanks, Sumps, paving, Roads, …etc )
• Determine and monitor work method and performance of employees and sub-contractor in order to ensure compliance with their obligation.
• Coordinate with Technical Department in order to get the latest approved material and shop drawings
• Attend meetings with mechanical, piping and electrical engineers for coordination of work
• Ensure the subcontractors are working adhere strictly to the latest approved for construction(AFC) project drawings
