Manage customer’s queries by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products, banking services & ATM/CDM Monitoring.
Manages Accounts, Credit Card & other related banking products.
Monitor, Report & Follow up all CDM machines across the whole UAE.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Maintains financial accounts by processing banking requests related to costumers query.
Recommends potential products or services to departments by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
