1) Controlling pumping and blending equipment to acidize, or fracture oil wells and permeable rock formations: Consults with SUPERINTENDENT, DRILLING AND PRODUCTION to determine well conditions, pipe sizes, and amounts of acid, or fracturing chemicals to be used.
2) Giving directions to OIL-WELL-SERVICE-OPERATOR HELPER to unload pipes, fittings, and chemicals, and to correct pipes between pumps and well, using handtools.
3) Mixing acids, chemicals according to service specified by customer
4) Observing meters and pressure gauges to regulate quantity and consistency of materials and to control pump pressure.
5) Performing routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Handling and managing the following support services for drilling and workover rigs:
- Location Construction
- Rig Move
- Transportation (Sewage, Water and Fuel)
- Heavy Equipment Rental
• Manage / Oversee Drilling Support Services (Daily Operations, Monitoring & Service Quality, And Required Certificates & Authorizations) With Clients & Subcontractors.
• Manage / Oversee Oil Field Support Services (Daily Operations, Monitoring & Services Quality, And Required Certificates & Authorizations) with Clients & Subcontractors.
• Manage / Oversee Technical Issues needed for Business Development.
• Commence Operational Setup to Properly Execute Awarded Services / Products Contracts
• Technical Support for Business Development & Projects Department.
• Execute Direct Services Contracts for Oilfield Services, Support Services Such As Transport, Heavy Equipment Rental.
• Monitor / Review Business Development Department Financials with Finance Department (Quarterly / Yearly).
• Improve Department’s Cost/ Revenue Efficiency.
• Handle Clients & Subcontractors Future expansion & Account this in the Company’s Plans.
• Ensure steady stream of payments / Collection with Clients & Subcontractors by Performing Services required properly.
• Account for Expansion in Services Provided with Clients.
• Technical Support to Projects & Business Development Department for Clients, Subcontractors, and feasibility studies.
• Implement the contractual commitment from operational perspective.
• Monitor Operations Flow with weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Reports for Services.
• Manage / Solve operations issues / disputes between all parties, Mange Required Certificates & Authorizations.
• Standardize Operations Management with Subcontractors (Existing & Upcoming).
• Forecast operations Load, and account issues that may rise.
• Execute Company’s contractual obligations (Services, & Products)
• Develop operational manuals.
• Manage Supervising Team over the subcontractors, and clients.
• Interfere in case of needs with Clients / subcontractors issues.
• Standardize Services execution with Operational Team from Start Up to Payment Collection.
• Manage Technical Team support to Other Departments.
• Extend technical / Business relations in the Competitors / client / subcontractors Market.
Commercial Contracting - Design and estimation for new or existing projects tenders
Responsibilities:
• Looking in the market for projects of matching criteria and getting new inquiries to the organization from main Contractors, Owners and Consultants.
• Design or redesign and price HVAC Systems as per the client’s need.
• Propose and suggest technical solutions to clients.
• Attend pre-tender meetings to discuss any technical or financial queries.
• Provide price estimates for the designed systems as per the provided specifications and/or drawings.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals with clients.
• Transfer, coordinate and follow up with the project engineers and project managers about the details of the finalized deals.
