Work closely with the General Manager. Responsible for the general operation of staff functions relating to immigration process, facility management, Health & Safety and communications between Doha branch and Williams HQ. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
Manages all aspects of the Williams Technology Centre in the absence of the General Manager.

Advises general manager about any new government rules and policies; consistently enforces all policies and ensures that all legal requirements consistently followed.
Review and communicate financial information to assist in proactive and timely decision making
Executing Qatar operational functions( Qatar Immigration, Qatar Customs, Finance, HR, IT, procurement, and QSTP interface);
Counsels with other managers and employees about employee grievances and complaints; directs problem correction where possible.
Conducts training and other meetings with department staff
Assists the general manager in developing and implementing long-range (strategic) and annual (business) plans, operating reports, forecasts and budgets.
Budget, plan, and manage exhibitions that relate to Williams.
Functions as an administrative link between Doha and the UK HQ.
Plans and coordinates training and professional development programs for HSSE procedures.
Maintain and introduce the preliminary introduction to new starters and help to assure maximum employee satisfaction from their first day of work
Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout with the property owner (Qatar Foundation) to assure that cleanliness, maintenance, safety and other standards consistently attained.
Be fully aware of fire and evacuation procedures for Qatar Science & Technology Park and brief employees within Williams; also serves as the company fire warden.

I was working independently and without need for on-site supervision, functioning as Project Development Executive for the Olympic Village Project - Phase A. Was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project, and provide full support to about 50 employees over the company site offices.
