Through working in Services & Maintenance company, that responsible for maintenance & operating “ELBUSTAN COMPOUND” in 6 October city & “SEA GARDEN HOTEL - JASMINE PALACE & SPA “ in Hurgada city I have been dealing with various equipment such as Water boilers, water pumps, Air Conditions, Lighting System, Fire alarm systems, MCC & ATS Panels etc.
Maintenance & Implementation Engineer
I am working with the Projects Manager responsible for:
Facility Maintenance
Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance works for the Facilities
which includes troubleshooting and work team organizing.
Plan the maintenance of the facilities for weekly, to ensure all parts of the facility is maintained properly.
Maintenance works reports
Monitor and analyses the maintenance works whether the scheduled PM or corrective maintenance and Prepares monthly reports for the management.
Manpower management:
Responsible for a group of highly skilled technical people & Providing leadership to the maintenance team as well as communication link with top management.
Maintenance plan
Design, developing & modification the protective and preventive fixed maintenance plans for equipment in Facilities to minimize the breakdowns.
