i assist the Showroom Manager in managing the team, ensuring the attainment of sales target, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining the showroom and brands merchandizing and managing the stock, in alignment with the company’s policies and procedures.

Purchase products overseas / locally, communicate with supplier, manage stocks, able to support store whenever needed.
Worked with company staff to effectively close sales; sales management, logistics, marketing, and tech-service.
• Make monthly sales reports for discussion with the management to improve sales
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Prepare effective action plans and schedules for stock ordering.
• Participate in marketing plan design and execution.
• Handle and resolve any complaints or concerns from customers.
• Reduce stock through specially developed sales activity.
• Make monthly sales reports for discussion with the management to improve sales
• Visit suppliers outside Kuwait to make the orders required to ensure quality.
• Doing coordination with our local suppliers and review all the required for the manufacture of materials
• Visit the customer's house to ensure that the product arrives on schedule and composition as agreed.
• Present solutions to furniture buyers including price, credit terms, and accurate sales contracts, estimated time of delivery based on firm’s production and delivery schedules.
• Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products and services
• I follow-up all the contracts after completion of the sale designs and plans of water and electricity points.
• Drawing kitchens and work of water and electricity plan.
• Choose the colors and decorations of the showroom.
• Preparing the schedule work time.
• Training new company employees.
• Distribute the target to employee.
