responsible foWelding, quality control section head with CSWIP 3.1 level 2 and ASNT level II (UT, PT & MT) with more than 12 years of work experience in QA/QC, Welding, fabrication, painting NDT, and Inspection.
Working with Arabian international company of steel structure fabrication & Construction in Saudi Arabia as .QC section head.
Proven abilities in conducting audits for the vendors in-place ‘approved’ work scopes, inspection test plans and inspection schedules.
Demonstrated skills in inspection activities. Ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
Proficient in undertaking QC activities in accordance with CODE requirements(AWS D1.1, 1.6 1.8, ASME, EN, ARAMCO & SEC), related standards and project specification. Well versed with Welding processes especially SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW& FCAW.
Quality control Engineer with the following assignments
• Responsible for day-to-day activities in QC.
• Applying Quality Control Procedures and Statistics,
• Improving the Output of Inspectors, Re-Evaluating the Quality of products on Daily/Monthly Basis,
• Increasing the Quality awareness of Machines Operators in order to reach the Quality Control Target.
• Follow up to meet the quality objective.
• Prepare in process inspection sheet based on technical data sheet & standards.
• Make sure the materials or drums inspections are made and complying with quality procedure.
• Meet the ISO standards for quality management system and keep work documentation ready for checking and tracing.
