Job Responsibilities:
• Planning - Ensure the development and maintenance of company standards and resources expediting services. Provide a structure that will facilitate a coordinated effort to insure the proper resources are available at all times to the project teams. Identify in a timely manner and assist in the recruitment of new expediting resources as necessary. In addition, planning involves a coordinated effort with the quality management group to insure standards, policies and procedures are available for the expediting group.

• Coordination - Facilitate effective communication and efficient resource deployment within the expediting group as well as with the project managers.

• Execution - Ensure the commitments of the expediting group are fulfilled. This includes the development and deployment of resources, the implementation and continual improvement of expediting standards, policies and procedures, and providing the primary customer (the project teams) with excellent service resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Management - Establish and maintain the organization of the expediting group. Ensure that expediting methods are standardized and proper training is administered. In coordination with the human resources group, insure career development is promoted for all employees within the group.

• Company and Project Goals - Assure that all company and/or project goals are properly
Communicated to and acted upon by all expediting personnel.

• Quality Control - In a coordinated effort with the quality management group, develop quality standards and monitor compliance through all phases of the expediting processes.

• Closely follow up with my team for urgent PO'S and co-coordinating with suppliers
• Maintain database of Suppliers and Vendors and provide services.
• Monitor Supplier Performance as per criteria set.
• Every 1st week of the month meeting with END Users to know about the problems of expedite dept and will focus on those areas to improve our quality services where we are week.
• Every week will have meeting with my team to discus about our services as well as pending / Partial PO'S.
• Maintain separate excel sheet for Partial PO / Urgent PO'S and regular PO'S
• Communicate with suppliers purchased goods and Coordinates to ensure timely delivery of incoming material.
• Administer a follow up mechanism with all involved to ensure timely closure of transactions.
• Build professional and good relations with suppliers by maintaining the business standards & ethics.
• Maintaining of All Suppliers Purchase Orders and other Documents Records

• Maintaining Suppliers Accounts

• Updating all the information in MGS and ORACLE ( software)
• Good knowledge in ( MGS & ORACLE) MA'ADEN GOLD software
